Carbon steel body equipped with easily replaceable disch. Capable of being fitted with gauging plate machined to specifications. Size: 2” through 14” are center rod type and 16” through 48” are bolting pattern configuration.
Used during per – commission and on-steream cleaning where rust, millscale, sand, wax, organic growth, mud, oxides and other matter exist. Euipped with gauging plate, pig is used to prove pipe roundness and to ensure excessive weld penetration or debris does not exist. Also to prove minimum bendradius prior to intelligent pig use.
